Our menu is packed full of local produce from Yorkshire's best artisan producers and suppliers, we are proud to support and list them on our menu and ultimately the Carlton Bore is only as good as the produce it serves.
From our bread to our ice cream, we make it here
Quality rare breed meats from Charles Ashbridge, Church Hill Farm free range ducks, chorizo from Kirkby Malham, some of the finest cheeses on our door step from Judy Bell, salads & herbs from Herbs Unlimited in Thirsk & watercress from Pickering, to mention just a few.
If we can get it locally we will. But it has to be quality!
